Strawberries and Cream Cold Brew

To make the cold brew: Combine 8 tablespoons of course ground coffee with 4 cups of water. Let this mixture sit on the counter for at least 24 hours. After steeping, take out the strainer to separate the grounds from the cold brew.

To make the Strawberries and Cream Cold Brew: In a serving glass, combine 3 tablespoons of strawberry syrup with 8 oz of the prepared cold brew. Add a splash of heavy cream (or your milk of choice). Top generously with whipped cream and garnish with a strawberry heart. Enjoy!
