🍓🍫 Berry Patch Brownie Pizza Recipe ⬇️ INGREDIENTS: • 1 package fudge brownie mix • 1/3 cup chopped almonds • 1 package (8oz) cream cheese, softened • 1 Tbs granulated sugar • 1/2 tsp vanilla • 2 cups thawed frozen whipped topping • 1 pint fresh strawberries, divided • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries • 1 lemon zest for garnish • Powdered sugar for garnish INSTRUCTIONS: • Preheat oven to 375° • Prepare brownie mix according to package directions • Stir in almonds • Spread batter onto bottom of greased 14-inch pizza pan (I used mini springform pans, & I’m sure a regular baking sheet would work) • Bake 18-20 minutes or until set (the mini springform form pans took about 12 minutes) • Cool completely. • In large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; mix until smooth. • Fold in whipped topping • Chop enough strawberries to measure ½ cup • Gently stir into cream cheese mixture. • Spread strawberry mixture evenly onto brownie • Slice remaining strawberries; arrange on brownie Top with raspberries and blueberries • Sprinkle with lemon zest • Garnish with powdered sugar and strawberry fan, if desired • & Enjoy! 🥰 #FirstTimeFriday #BrowniePizza #FruitPizza #CozyBaking #PartyFood
