Spinach Feta Chicken Sausage Pesto Pasta

Brown 4-5 sliced spinach feta chicken sausages in a pan. Cook 1 package of rigatoni according to package directions, making sure to reserve 1/4 cup of the pasta water before draining. For the sauce, combine 1 container of pesto, 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, and 1/2 tablespoon red pepper flakes (optional) in a pan. Add the reserved 1/4 cup of pasta water to the sauce mixture. Simmer the sauce until it has thickened. Once thickened, mix the browned sausage and cooked rigatoni into the sauce. Sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
