PumpkinMallow Iced Latte

First, prepare the Homemade Pumpkin Marshmallow Sauce: Combine 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff, 1/2 cup pumpkin puree, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons water, 2 tablespoons heavy cream, and 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice in a saucepan. Heat and stir until well combined. Add a pinch of salt. Let the sauce cool, then bottle it and keep refrigerated.

For the PumpkinMallow Iced Latte: In a glass, combine 3 tablespoons of the prepared PumpkinMallow Sauce with 2 shots of espresso. Stir or froth until mixed. Fill the glass with ice, then add 1/2 cup of your milk of choice. Enjoy!
