Add 1-2 tablespoons of oil into a pan. Brown the pork sausage. Add onions and mushrooms and cook until onions are soft and mushrooms are half their size. Add sauce and pepperoni (and any other pizza toppings you like). Cook for 3 minutes until it's bubbly. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Add mozzarella and parmesan cheese and stir until well combined. Top with pie crust and add some slits to the top. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 30 minutes. Let it sit and cool for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy! Note: A cast iron skillet works well for crispy cheese on the bottom, but a casserole or deep pie dish can also be used.
