Arrange half the cookie dough slices in a greased 13x9 baking dish, press together to form crust. Combine eggs, sugar, vanilla and cream cheese; beat until smooth. Spread over sliced cookies. Arrange remaining cookie dough slices over cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour, until golden. Cut into squares. Enjoy!
