I was just going to keep this in the stories but figured it deserved a permanent spot 🤭 RECIPE: caramelize onions in a tbs of butter and a pinch of salt for about 1 million years. Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce when they are about done cooking. Caramelize onions in a tablespoon of butter and a pinch of salt until very soft and golden brown. Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce when the onions are almost done cooking. Butter two slices of sourdough bread and assemble a grilled cheese sandwich with the caramelized onions and mozzarella cheese. Cook in a pan until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted.
