Apple Cider Caramel Cold Brew with Cold Foam

1. **Prepare the Apple Cider Caramel:** Reduce 1.5 cups of apple cider to about 2 tablespoons over medium heat. Add 1/4 cup butter and stir until melted and simmering again. Stir in 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Let the caramel cool completely, then bottle it and keep refrigerated.
2. **Prepare the Cold Brew:** Combine 12 spoonfuls of Apple Cider Donut Coffee grounds with approximately 3 cups of water in a cold brew maker. Let it steep on the counter for 24-48 hours. After steeping, remove the coffee grounds and fill the bottle with water to your desired strength or volume.
3. **Prepare the Cold Foam:** In a separate container, combine 2 tablespoons of heavy cream, 2 tablespoons of your milk of choice, and 2 tablespoons of the prepared apple cider caramel. Froth the mixture until light and foamy.
4. **Assemble the Drink:** Pour your desired amount of cold brew into a glass over ice. Top with a generous amount of the apple cider caramel cold foam. Enjoy!
